Add what you need to your cart, open the cart drawer and select View cart & checkout. Complete the delivery and contact details on the checkout page, choose card or EFT payment, and confirm. You will receive an order number on screen and by email. You can also send a WhatsApp order for anything not listed online.

We accept card and instant EFT payments through PayFast, our payment partner. We never see or store your card details. Orders are processed once PayFast confirms payment. Trade account customers can apply for 30-day terms by emailing sales@adventbiz-solutions.co.za.

Yes. Every price on the site is quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and includes VAT at 15%. The cart and checkout summary show the VAT portion separately so your bookkeeper has a full tax breakdown, and a valid tax invoice is issued with each order.

KwaZulu-Natal deliveries usually arrive within 1–3 working days. Other provinces take 2–5 working days by courier, and bulky loads such as bricks, stone, sheds and bowsers are 3–7 working days depending on route and stock. Made-to-order machines take 7–20 working days and we confirm the date before you pay.

Delivery is free on orders over R7 500 delivered within 100 km of our Durban yard. Below that threshold, a flat courier fee of R250 applies. Oversized freight items — brick machines, drilling rigs, bowsers, floor scrubbers and loads over 1 tonne — are quoted separately before dispatch.

Couriers attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel is held at the nearest depot for five working days, then returned to us. Redelivery fees may apply. For bulky loads and tipper deliveries, someone aged 18 or older must be on site to sign and there must be safe access for a truck.

Yes. All our poly tanks are rotationally moulded from food-grade polyethylene with a UV-stabilised outer layer. They carry manufacturer warranties of 8–10 years against UV degradation, which is why we recommend tanks with the lid and fittings sealed and the tank standing on a level, load-bearing base.

We strongly recommend a qualified, registered installer for any mains electrical work, gate automation, borehole pump or pressure system. Doing so keeps your manufacturer warranty valid and your certificate of compliance (CoC) in place. Our technicians are available for telephone support and we can refer vetted installers in most provinces.

Yes — send us your borehole depth, water level, required daily litres and how high the water must be lifted. Our team will size the pump, panels and tank and send a written quote within one business day. There is no charge for system design.

The M7 manual machine is designed for first-time operators and comes with a mixing guide, a starter mould and 30 days of telephone support. We also run a monthly practical session at our Durban yard where you can press bricks yourself before deciding.

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less the original delivery cost. Specialty mixed items — cut timber, tinted or sealed paving, custom-fabricated gates, made-to-order machines and water that has been stored in a tank — cannot be resold and are excluded. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, the packaging and the waybill, and we will arrange collection and a replacement or full refund at our cost. Do not sign for visibly damaged goods without noting it on the delivery document — that note speeds up the claim considerably.

Garden sheds and site equipment carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects; solar pump kits carry 24 months on the pump; water tanks carry 8–10 years against UV degradation; and gate motors carry 24 months. Consumables such as nozzles, filters, belts and hoses are excluded. Warranty repairs are handled at our workshop or by an approved service agent.

We synchronise stock with our yard system and review pricing weekly, but material prices can move with cement and steel indices. If a price or stock level changes after you order, we contact you before charging anything and you may cancel for a full refund. Prices include VAT, and the merchant of record is Advent Biz Solutions.

We deliver throughout South Africa, including outlying and farm addresses. Cross-border deliveries to Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini can be arranged through our freight partners on request — contact us for a door-to-border quote before ordering.
