1. Delivery coverage

We deliver to all nine provinces of South Africa. Standard courier delivery covers street addresses and farms serviced by our courier partners. Cross-border deliveries to Namibia, Botswana, Lesotho and Eswatini can be quoted on request.

2. Delivery charges

  • Free delivery on orders over R7 500 within 100 km of our Durban yard.
  • A flat R250 courier fee applies to smaller orders.
  • Oversized freight items β€” brick machines, drilling rigs, bowsers, floor scrubbers and loads over 1 tonne β€” are quoted separately before dispatch.
  • All delivery charges are shown in ZAR and include VAT.

3. Dispatch and transit times

  • In-stock KwaZulu-Natal orders: 1–3 working days.
  • Other provinces: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Made-to-order machines, sheds and fabricated gates: 7–20 working days, confirmed in writing.
  • Tipper loads of sand, stone and bricks: scheduled within 2–4 working days, weather permitting.

4. Delivery requirements

A person aged 18 or older must be available to receive, inspect and sign for the delivery. Please confirm there is safe truck access, adequate turning space and, for bulk loads, a hard standing area. Crane or forklift offloading is not included unless quoted.

Inspect your goods before signing. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery document so we can process a claim quickly.

5. Failed deliveries and storage

Couriers make two delivery attempts. If both fail, parcels are held at the nearest depot for five working days and then returned to us. A redelivery fee may apply. Bulky freight re-scheduled within 24 hours is free; later changes may incur a R350 handling charge.

6. Risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes only once we have received payment in full. Delivery lead times are estimates given in good faith and are not a guarantee where third-party freight or weather is involved.
